IKIGAI (BOOK REVIEW)

I get to read IKIGAI few days ago. Arguably this is one of the best books I have ever read. Following are some of the lessons that were able to attract my mind: Your reason to wake up in the morning. (Your passion, Ikigai, reason to live.) More focused on what you have and friends you have. Keep moving throughout the day to stay healthy. Only eat up to 80% of your belly.
