I get to read IKIGAI few days ago. Arguably this is one of the best books I have ever read. Following are some of the lessons that were able to attract my mind:
- Your reason to wake up in the morning. (Your passion, Ikigai, reason to live.)
- More focused on what you have and friends you have.
- Keep moving throughout the day to stay healthy.
- Only eat up to 80% of your belly.
